Terms of Use

Terms for governed AI coding.

These terms describe the rules for using GlyphMap, including local runtime behavior, dashboard access, billing, and service limits.

Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your access to and use of GlyphMap, including the website, dashboard, local runtime, APIs, documentation, support channels, and related services.
By creating an account, signing in, using the service, installing the runtime, or allowing an agent or developer tool to use GlyphMap, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use GlyphMap.

Using GlyphMap

You must use GlyphMap only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms, account limits, plan limits, and applicable documentation.
You are responsible for the prompts, repositories, policies, credentials, project settings, and team activity connected to your account.
You must not attempt to bypass enforcement, probe unauthorized systems, disrupt the service, or use GlyphMap to generate, conceal, or operate malicious code.
You must not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, interfere with, test without authorization, or access non-public systems, endpoints, keys, data, or infrastructure.

Accounts and access

You must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure.
Team administrators are responsible for managing users, access, billing, and workspace policy configuration.
We may suspend or terminate access if an account creates security, legal, billing, or operational risk.
When an account deletion request is confirmed, GlyphMap schedules account data for automatic deletion within 7 days, subject to security, legal, billing, backup integrity, and fraud-prevention requirements.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew according to the selected plan terms unless canceled before renewal.
Billing is processed through payment processor or another payment provider. Provider terms may apply to payment processing and disputes.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a written agreement.

Receipt retention

Lite receipt history is retained for 30 days. Pro receipt history is retained for 90 days.
Enterprise receipt retention may be configured by agreement or account settings where available.
Retention limits do not prevent us from preserving limited records when required for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, payment disputes, backups, or account integrity.

Privacy

The GlyphMap privacy policy explains how we collect, use, share, protect, and delete information.
You are responsible for giving legally required notices and obtaining legally required permissions before connecting repositories, teams, agents, or third-party tools to GlyphMap.
Internet transmissions and connected tools are not perfectly private or secure, even when encryption, authentication, or access controls are used.

Local runtime and project data

GlyphMap may run local tooling that reads project files, policy rules, prompts, responses, receipts, summaries, dependencies, and enforcement state to provide repository control.
raw repository source code stays in the local workspace unless a user intentionally provides it through another workflow.
You are responsible for choosing which projects use GlyphMap and for ensuring you have the right to process project data through the service.
You should review enforcement decisions, generated changes, and autonomous coding output before relying on them in production workflows.

Intellectual property

GlyphMap, its website, product design, software, documentation, branding, and service infrastructure are owned by GlyphMap or its licensors.
You keep ownership of your repositories, code, prompts, policies, and project materials, subject to the rights needed for GlyphMap to provide the service.
Feedback may be used to improve GlyphMap without restriction or compensation unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Third-party services and links

GlyphMap may integrate with or link to third-party tools, models, hosting providers, payment providers, source-control systems, editors, agents, and websites.
Third-party services are controlled by their own providers, and their terms, privacy policies, security practices, pricing, availability, and output are their responsibility.
GlyphMap is not responsible for third-party services, third-party model output, third-party outages, linked sites, or third-party changes that affect your workflow.

AI agents, bypasses, and user responsibility

GlyphMap is a guardrail and workflow-control service, not a guarantee that an AI agent, developer, script, plugin, model, editor, local tool, or third-party system will obey every rule.
You are responsible for configuring agents, scopes, credentials, repository access, tasks, decisions, responses, approvals, and local enforcement correctly.
AI agents and local tools may ignore, bypass, disable, misconfigure, fail to call, or operate outside GlyphMap. You accept that risk and remain responsible for reviewing, approving, testing, backing up, and deploying code.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, you release GlyphMap, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from AI agent actions, AI agent inaction, bypassed enforcement, ignored policies, unauthorized repository changes, data loss, security incidents, or your configuration of the service.

Disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity

GlyphMap is provided as a developer tool and does not guarantee that every harmful, unwanted, incorrect, insecure, unlawful, or unauthorized change will be prevented.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free output, merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, non-infringement, or compatibility with every toolchain.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, GlyphMap will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, lost-profit, lost-revenue, business-interruption, lost-data, repository-damage, security, or AI-output damages.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, GlyphMap total aggregate liability for all claims will not exceed the greater of fees paid for the service in the prior 3 months or $100.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold GlyphMap harmless from claims arising from your repositories, prompts, generated code, agents, credentials, policies, account users, violations of law, or misuse of the service.

Suspension, termination, and enforcement

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates security or legal risk, fails to pay, abuses the service, or threatens service reliability.
We may preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce these terms, investigate abuse, prevent fraud, protect users, or protect GlyphMap rights, property, and safety.
Violation of these terms may cause irreparable harm, and GlyphMap may seek injunctive, equitable, legal, or technical remedies in addition to any other available remedies.

Governing law and disputes

These terms and disputes related to GlyphMap are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Except where prohibited by law, disputes must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to those courts and venue.
Any claim related to GlyphMap must be brought within 1 year after the claim arises, unless a longer period is required by law.
Before filing a claim, the parties will try in good faith to resolve the dispute through written notice and reasonable discussion.

Export, availability, and void where prohibited

You must comply with applicable export control, sanctions, procurement, privacy, security, and technology laws when using GlyphMap.
GlyphMap may not be available in every region, industry, toolchain, language, account type, or deployment environment.
Any offer, feature, service, or term is void where prohibited by law.

Miscellaneous

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest will remain in effect.
These terms, together with any order form, written agreement, policy, or service-specific terms that apply, are the entire agreement for your use of GlyphMap.
Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. These terms do not create rights for third parties except where they protect GlyphMap owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product, legal requirements, or business model changes.
The latest version will be posted on this page, and continued use of GlyphMap after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Questions about these terms should be submitted through the GlyphMap support page.
